Health insurers have recognized the efficacy of TMS as a standard of care in routine clinical use, yet coverage is not automatic. We are currently In-network only with MEDICARE, but have a dedicated and experienced team to verify benefits and work towards gaining coverage, even as an out-of-network provider. We have had success in receiving coverage for TMS from the following insurance providers:
- MEDICARE (unfortunately not Medicaid.)
- Empire Blue Cross (Anthem)
- GHI (Emblem)
- United Health Care
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Beacon
- Empire NYSHIP
- HealthFirst
Our commitment to our patients is to assist in managing much of the “paper work” to attain coverage for TMS therapy. If pre-determination or claims are denied, we can assist with the appeal process with your health insurance company. Please note that Medicaid has not approved TMS and we are not a Medicaid provider. For those who do have Medicaid, we will keep your information on file and provide an update when coverage policies have changed.
